Learn how Zirkoo handles tool processing, aggregate telemetry, advertising, and data retention.
Zirkoo explains the applicable processing method on each tool page so you can make an informed choice before using a tool.
Tool processing
How your data is handled depends on the tool you use.
- Browser tools
- Processing happens on your device. Tool content is not sent to Zirkoo for the operation.
- Server tools
- When introduced, future server tools send disclosed data or files to Zirkoo for temporary processing. Each tool will explain its upload and deletion behavior before use.
- AI tools
- When introduced, future AI tools may use Zirkoo or disclosed AI service providers to process content. Each tool will identify the applicable service and account requirements.
Anonymous aggregate telemetry
If anonymous telemetry is enabled, Zirkoo stores only daily aggregate counts by tool, event, timing bucket, and device class for up to 90 days.
Tool content is never mixed into aggregate telemetry. Text input, file content, AI prompts, output, file names, and raw exception text are not included in these events.
Advertising and consent
Advertising and consent services remain disabled until their identifiers and required consent controls are configured for production.
